My advice is to pack snacks and water, because the prices at the on-site cafe are a bit steap. Staying fueled up will keep your energy high for more runs!

I think the morning lessons around 9:00 AM are less crowded, so you can get more personal attention from instructors. Trust me, it makes a big difference!
