I suggest you buy your ticket online in advance. I waited a bit in line, and it's just easier to skip that hassle.
If you're planning to take photos, don’t miss the terrace on the upper floor. The city views are stunning, and I got some great shots!
I recommend visiting on a weekday to avoid the crowds. I went on a Saturday, and it was packed! A quieter day really lets you soak it all in.
