My advice is to bring a packed lunch. There's some awesome spots to relax near the falls and it was nice to chill there with a sandwich instead of rushing back to town.
I think the walk to the falls is super short, but make sure you wear good shoes because some parts can be muddy. It really helped me enjoy the views without worrying about slipping!
