My advice is to check for happy hour deals on drinks. I saved a few bucks that way, and the cocktails were tasty.
I suggest going around sunset; the views are unbelievably gorgeous when the city lights start to twinkle. Just get there by 5:30 pm to secure a good spot!
If you're planning to take photos, try to avoid peak tourist times like weekends. I went on a Saturday, and it was super crowded—made it hard to get a nice pic!
