My advice is to wear comfy shoes! The terrain is uneven and you'll want to explore every corner. I learned the hard way when my sandals were killing my feet after a couple of hours.

I suggest getting there around 8 AM to beat the crowds and catch the morning light for some awesome photos. It gets super busy later on, and you might miss the best shots.
