I think it's worth investing in good binoculars if you're really into wildlife. It totally enhanced my experience, and I felt I could see so much more than just the basics.

I recommend bringing a good camera; the wildlife views are fantastic and you'll want to capture those moments. I missed some great shots because my phone just didn't cut it.

I suggest packing snacks and drinks for the trip. The food on-site is decent, but it can get pricey, and having your own stash saved me a lot!
