Don't miss the fresh ricotta if it's available! I almost skipped it thinking it wouldn't be that special, but it was honestly the highlight of my visit. Also, grab a few items at the shop to take home; they often have a buy one get one deal.

i suggest going on a weekday rather than the weekend, it was way less crowded when i visited on a tuesday... you'll have more time to talk with the cheesemakers and really enjoy the tasting experience...
