If you want to save some cash, check the museum's website for any free entry days or discounts. I found out I could go in for half price with my student card!

Make sure to check out the rooftop terrace; the views of Lyon are stunning and totally worth the trek up! I almost skipped it thinking it was just a gift shop

I recommend visiting on a weekday morning; it was way less crowded then. You can take your time exploring the exhibits, and the atmosphere is more relaxed.
