Don't rush your visit! I missed so many details because I was trying to hurry through. Take your time, especially in the beautiful glass-roofed spaces.

My advice is to combine your Grand Palais visit with the nearby Petit Palais. It's free and just as stunning for art lovers – a perfect two-for-one deal!
