My advice is to skip lunch before you go. The cheese samples are super generous, and I ended up full by the time I left! I think I could've saved on a meal.

I recommend arriving on weekdays if you can. It was way less crowded when I visited on a Tuesday, and I had more time to chat with the staff and really enjoy the cheese tasting.
