Bring a packed lunch! The food options at the park are pricey and not that great. Enjoy a picnic while soaking in the views instead.
I suggest checking out the big gift shop afterwards. They have some unique items that you won’t find elsewhere in El Calafate, so it’s worth it for souvenir
If you want the best views, go for the 10 AM tour. We got to see fewer crowds and enjoyed a more relaxed experience. Just make sure to set the alarm!
