I suggest heading up around sunrise or sunset for killer views. I went later in the morning and regretted not catching the golden hour—way better photo ops.

Bring plenty of water, especially if you’re hiking during midday. I thought I packed enough, but I ran out before getting back. Staying hydrated is super important!

Check the weather before you go. The day I visited it unexpectedly got windy and it was a bit chilly at the lookout. Dressing in layers saved me!
