If you think about climbing the ski jump, it's totally worth it! The view from the top is breathtaking. I suggest doing it first thing in the morning to avoid the crowds and get those great photos!
My advice is to take the bus instead of the metro to Holmenkollen. It gives you a really nice view of the surrounding area, and it's often less crowded. Plus, it makes for a more enjoyable ride!
