Bring your own water bottle. It was a hot day when I visited, and staying hydrated really made a difference. Plus, it saves you from buying overpriced water inside.

I suggest trying the steam room, it was my favorite part! It's cozy and a great way to unwind. Just be prepared with a towel since it can get a bit slippery.

I recommend visiting IDM Sauna on a weekday, especially around 3 PM, when it’s less crowded. You can enjoy a more relaxed atmosphere and get the best use of the facilities without feeling rushed.
