I think you should really try the obstacle courses first. Jumping straight into it made me a bit overwhelmed at first, but it turned out to be where the most fun was for me.
I suggest checking their schedule online before you go. Some classes can be packed, so you might want to arrive around 10 AM to avoid the rush and get more space to practice.
I recommend buying a package deal if you plan to stay a while. I saved a good amount this way instead of paying for each session separately, plus you get to try different activities!
