If you want a good spot try to get there before 10 AM. The sun really heats up and the beach fills up fast making it tricky to find a nice place to lay down your towel.

Bring your own snacks and drinks! The beach bars are fun, but the prices can be a bit outrageous. I saved a good amount by packing a cooler with some goodies.

Don't forget to wear water shoes! The pebbles can be tough on the feet, and I learned that the hard way. It made walking back from the sea a lot more comfy!
