My advice is to plan your game drives for early morning around 5:30 AM and late afternoon like around 4 PM. That's when the animals are most active and you'll have a better chance of spotting them!
I think it's a good idea to download offline maps before your trip. Cell service is sketchy in the park, and I got lost trying to find my way back to camp. It was a bit scary!
I recommend getting your supplies from Upington before you enter the park. The local shops have much better prices than the park shops, which can be super pricey. Trust me, you'll save a bunch!
