I suggest you visit on a weekday if possible! The crowds are way smaller, and you get to chat more with the cheesemakers. Trust me, it's way more personal that way
Make sure to try the cheese sampling, but watch out for the breeding times! I thought I could go anytime and ended up missing it. Go around 2 PM for a guaranteed slot.
