I think you should definitely rent your gear in advance; the lines can be super long when renting on-site, especially during peak season. Might save you a couple of hours!

I suggest you try snowboarding over skiing, trust me, it’s a lot more fun! Just know to start with a private lesson as the instructors really make a difference if you're a beginner

If you want to save some cash, check out the local grocery stores in the nearby town for snacks and drinks instead of paying resort prices. It's a game changer.
