I suggest making a reservation during weekends. We got lucky and found a table, but I saw others waiting for a while - could be a bummer after a long day skiing!
One thing I learned is to ask the staff for their specials. The regular menu is great, but some of their off-menu items are even better and prices are usually reasonable too.
I recommend arriving before 6 PM if you can because they have some awesome early bird deals on certain dishes. It helped me save a few euros on my meal.
