I think bringing your own flip-flops is a must! The ones provided can be a bit worn out, and having my own made me feel more comfortable during my visit.

my advice is to book a massage in advance. they fill up quickly, and i missed out because i didn’t reserve ahead of time. don’t make the same mistake!

I suggest visiting on a weekday because it's less crowded, making it easier to enjoy the facilities. I went on a Tuesday and had a great experience without the hassle of long wait times.
