If you're planning to camp, grab a spot by the trees for some shade. I got a little too much sun on my first day! And don't forget to bring your own snacks; the cafe can get pricey for just a quick bite

Make sure to ask about the rental deals for gear before you book; I found out they have some great packages that saved me a ton. Plus check if there's a group lesson you can join it's way more fun and you get to meet people.
