I suggest visiting Lipstick around 10 PM. It’s less crowded then, so you can snag a good seat and enjoy the atmosphere without feeling rushed. Plus, drink prices are a bit lower during happy hour before midnight

I recommend bringing cash for tips to the dancers. They appreciate it more and it makes the experience more enjoyable. A couple of euros can go a long way in making your night memorable.
