I think you should try to catch the sunset around 5:30 PM. It’s breathtaking and way less hot than during the day. I sat there for an hour just taking it all in.
I suggest you bring some cash, especially for local snacks and gifts – many places don’t accept cards. I learned the hard way when I wanted a coconut but had no cash!
I recommend wearing water shoes. The sand is gorgeous, but there are some rocky areas that can be a pain to walk on without them. I wished I brought mine along.
