Look for samples! Many vendors offer free tastings, so you can try before you buy. I saved some cash this way and discovered new flavors I wouldn’t have tried otherwise.

Keep an eye out for the food trucks outside the main building. They often have unique items for a decent price. I got a killer pad thai for a steal compared to other options inside!
