I think it's worth it to explore the gardens around the castle. They are beautiful and way less crowded than the interior. I stumbled upon some lovely spots there!
If you're into wine, make sure you ask for any special tastings they might have. I got a great deal on a wine flight that saved me some cash, and it was super tasty.
My advice is to check the castle's schedule before you go... Some parts are closed on certain days for events... I missed out on a cool exhibit because I didn't plan ahead
