Don’t forget to wear comfortable shoes! The trails can get a bit slippery and I regretted my choice of sandals. A bit of grip goes a long way.

I recommend arriving at right when the gates open at 9 AM. It was super quiet and we had the cave almost to ourselves for the first hour, which made the experience way more enjoyable.

My advice is to pack a snack and some water. There are lovely picnic spots around the park and you might want to take your time enjoying the view instead of rushing out for a meal.
