I suggest checking out the museum's schedule online before you go to see if there are any special events or exhibits. I happened to stumble upon a neat little show that I almost missed

My advice is to bring some cash for the souvenir shop. I found some amazing local crafts that were way better priced than at touristy spots. Plus, they made awesome gifts!
