I think visiting right at 10 AM is the best - you get a quieter environment and can savor the relaxing vibes before it gets crowded. Trust me, it made my experience so much better!

My advice is to check for any ongoing discounts or packages on their website before you go. I scored a great deal by doing that and saved some cash!

I highly recommend calling ahead to book your appointment, especially on weekends when it can get super busy. I almost missed out on a massage because I didn’t plan ahead!
