I think arriving at 2 PM for a 4 PM match is perfect! You beat the crowds and catch some warm-up action, plus the vibe is just awesome when the fans start pouring in.
I suggest checking the match schedule online before you go. I went without planning and missed an exciting ODI! Having tickets in advance can save you a ton of hassle and money.
