When you buy tickets, look for deals online beforehand. I got a 10% discount on my seats through a promo code that popped up while I was browsing. Saved some cash!

I think being mindful of your seat location is key. If you're not looking to spend a fortune, sit in the upper levels but still get a good view; I sat lower once and couldn't see the whole rink for all the heads!

For drinks, buy extra early. I waited until the event started and missed half the first period getting a beer. It would have been better if I grabbed it during warm-ups instead!
