Don't miss the boat ride on Lake Chamo. It's the best way to see hippos and crocodiles up close. My tip is to negotiate the price beforehand to save some cash.

I recommend bringing your own snacks and water, as food options inside the park are limited and can be pricey. I wish I had packed a picnic to enjoy while taking in the views!

If you're into wildlife photography, try visiting around 6:30 AM when the animals are most active and the light is soft. I got some amazing shots then and it wasn't too crowded!
