I think you should check out local eateries instead of the fancy resorts. They might not look like much but the food is delicious and way cheaper! I found this cute spot near the beach that had the best seafood curry.

My advice is to bring your own snorkeling gear if you can. Rentals can be a bit pricey and not always well-maintained. I brought my own, and it made all the difference in comfort and fun when exploring the reefs.
