My advice is to bring a light sweater; the tasting rooms can get chilly. I was caught off guard and ended up feeling a bit uncomfortable during my tasting

If you can, wander the gardens before or after your tasting. They’re stunning and a perfect spot for photos. I wish I would have taken more time there instead of rushing in and out.

I suggest booking a tasting in advance, as they can fill up fast, especially on weekends. I didn't, and I regretted it when I saw how beautiful the tasting room was!
