My advice is to book your appointment in the early afternoon, like around 2 PM. The place was way less busy then, and I got more one-on-one time with the staff, which was awesome.
i think bringing your own water bottle is a good idea. they had drinks, but it felt a bit overpriced, and staying hydrated is key when you're getting pampered!
