I suggest you to rent your equipment early in the morning. The queues can get long, especially on weekends. I waited almost an hour, which cut into my skiing time.
I think it's a great idea to sign up for a group lesson even if you're experienced. It helped me pick up some new tricks and was way less crowded around 11 AM rather than later in the day.
I recommend checking out the local eateries for lunch. It's way cheaper than eating at the resort and you'll find some delicious traditional Turkish food.
