I suggest checking the daily specials when you arrive; they often have some amazing dishes that aren't on the regular menu. We got lucky with a delicious risotto that way.

I recommend sharing a couple of dishes with your dining partner. Portions are quite generous, so you can try more things without breaking the bank. We ended up too full after thinking we could handle a full meal each!

My advice is to arrive around 7 PM instead of peak dinner hours. You’ll avoid the long waits and can enjoy the atmosphere more relaxed, plus the service was way quicker!
