Pack some snacks and plenty of water. The food options inside the park can be pricey, and there's nothing like munching on some trail mix while enjoying the view.
If you're planning to take the cable car up, buy your tickets in advance online to save time. I waited in line for over an hour because I thought I could just get them on the spot.
Make sure to check the weather before you go. It can change quickly in the mountains and I ended up caught in a surprise downpour which wasn’t fun at all!
