make sure to ask for samples before buying anything! i tried some awesome cheeses that weren’t on the shelf, and they let me taste a few others for free. don't be shy about asking—it's the best way to find what you really like!

Definetly try to visit on a weekday because the weekend crowds can get pretty hectic. I went on a Saturday and it felt like a rush! Weekdays are way more chill and you can soak in the cheese-making experience better.
