I think catching a session just before lunch around 11 AM is the best. You get quieter times and then head out for a meal without feeling rushed.

I suggest booking your spa treatments in advance, especially during peak season. I didn't, and I missed out on a couple of awesome massages because they were fully booked

My advice is to bring your own towel and flip-flops. They charge for rentals at the spa so save some cash and bring your own stuff instead.
