Pack a light snack and plenty of water. I saw too many people struggling with hunger halfway up the trail and the shops there can be pricey!
Try to start your trek around 7 AM. It gets super hot later, and you'll want to beat the crowds on the way up. The views are so much better when it's not crowded!
