Bring a reusable water bottle because there's not much access to drinkable water, and it saves you from buying overpriced ones inside the park.
My advice is to check the weather before going. It can change quickly – I went on a cloudy day and missed out on amazing views. Sunny mornings are your best bet!
I think you should pack a picnic. There are some fantastic spots at the top where you can enjoy your food and take in the views without spending money at restaurants.
