I recommend visiting Taxila Museum on a weekday morning, around 9 am. The crowds are way lighter, and you can take your time exploring the exhibits without the rush.

I think it's smart to take some snacks and water with you. There's not much nearby and you'll save a few bucks instead of buying overpriced stuff at the cafe.

My advice is to grab a map at the entrance. It really helps to navigate the museum and makes sure you don't miss any of the cool displays
