leave the flip-flops behind. i struggled walking on the rocky terrain with them. a good pair of water shoes or hiking sandals would be much better for the trek around the falls.
Check the weather before you go! I visited on a rainy day, and it made the trail muddy and slippery. A sunny morning visit around 9 AM is ideal for good views and fewer crowds.
Bring some snacks and water. The nearby cafes are pricey and not the best quality. I packed some fruits and it saved me some cash and filled me up nicely
