I suggest going early, around 6 PM, to grab a good seat. It gets packed later, and you’ll get better service while enjoying the sunset.
I think if you're looking for a chill vibe, avoid weekends. I went on a Friday and it was way too busy, not the relaxing experience I hoped for.
My advice is to try their special cocktails - they're well worth the money! I found the prices fair compared to other bars around Hua Hin, and they taste amazing.
