I think it's worth spending a little extra on the guided tour. The staff are super friendly and really knowledgeable about the cheesemaking process, so it made the whole experience much more enjoyable!

My advice is to go on a weekday if you can. The weekend crowds can get a bit overwhelming, and it was way more relaxed when I went on a Thursday.

I recommend trying their cheese platter if you can! It's a great way to sample different flavors and it's way more filling than I thought. Plus, you get to pair it with some local bread, which was a nice touch!
