My advice is to try their cheese platter with the wine. It’s a perfect combo. Just make sure to order it when you arrive, as it takes a bit of time to prepare.
I recommend visiting Tzuba Winery on a weekday if you can. It was way less crowded, and we got more personal attention during the wine tasting. Weekend visits can be packed!
