I think you should bring your own towels, because they charge extra for rentals, and honestly, their towels weren't that great. Having my own made things feel more comfortable and homey!
My advice is to visit during the week, especially on a Wednesday or Thursday, it was way less crowded. I felt more relaxed without a ton of people around, which made the experience much better.
One thing I noticed is the service can be a bit slow during peak hours, so if you’re hangry, try to avoid 6-8 PM. I had to wait for drinks longer than I expected and it kinda killed my vibe.
