Make sure to bring your own snacks and drinks! Food inside the park can be pricier than expected, and you don't want to waste time looking for overpriced grub. Pack a picnic!

I recommend getting to the park really early, like around 7 AM, to snag a good parking spot and beat the crowds. Trust me, it makes a huge difference for a more peaceful hike

I suggest planning your activities based on the weather. Some trails can be slippery when wet, so check forecasts and maybe save the Annaberg Trail for a sunny day instead!
