If you're on a budget consider bringing your own snacks and water. The prices at the visitor center can be a bit steep. I snacked on some trail mix and it kept my energy up without breaking the bank.

Don’t forget to wear water shoes, or at least something comfortable that can get wet. I wore my regular sneakers and they took ages to dry, making the hike less fun. Plus, water shoes are just better for grip.

Give yourself plenty of time to explore! Aim to start by 8 AM, especially if you're planning to do the Ibex Trail. I barely finished my trek because I didn’t account for how stunning the views are - took way more photos than I thought!
